Mount Pleasant, anyone?

Just wondering if anyone else from Mount Pleasant is on DU.

My profile says "Charleston" only because it's more recognizable to the masses than Mount P. :)

1. Have you ever been to Washington, SC

but like every other South Carolinian, I consider Charleston my second home.

7. We lived in Mt. Pleasant

and McClellanville and Pawley Island And Myrtle Beach and King Street South of Broad in Charleston at various times. My sister in law and her husband lost their Sullivan's Island home to Hugo. The clam dredge I no longer owned at the time was also lost in Hugo.

My wife's family are from McClellanville.
