If anyone wonders what Lindsey Graham has been up to recently ...

Senator Graham recently (March 23) helped sponsor a big dinner at the Dirksen building at the U.S. Capitol to honor Sun Yung Moon, leader of the Unification Church and Chief Benefactor of the Washington Times.

In a speech during the event Moon declared that "I am God's ambassador, sent to earth with His full authority" and said that he is "none other than humanity's Savior, Messiah, Returning Lord and True Parent." Now, that's some pretty heady stuff!

If Fritz Hollings had participated in this event instead of Graham the conservative movement in general, and the fundamentalists in particular, would be apoplectic about it. Instead, not a peep is heard.

That's right, fellas and gals, a big honkin' gem-bestudded gold crown was placed on the head of the Rev Moon in a ceremony inside the US Congress, attended by lots and lots of congresscritters and other major notables.
