Any Upstaters interested in some kind of local protest?

Over the summer we went to a local protest in Charlotte organized by...I cannot precisely remember. I have a lot of friends who would be interested in doing something similar again. It was peaceful and really fun, in a way. We made signs and stood on a street corner and waved at the passing cars. Nothing dramatic, but everybody felt good when we were finished.

1. There used to be, and I think still is, a rally every Wednesday

at 5 pm or thereabouts in Greenville at the street corner where the federal courthouse is. (Washington St. & Church).
