FRIDAY, October 21 6:30 PM Doors open: Register -- Visit issue displays and tables
7:15 PM Welcome. Opening invocation by an indigenous elder "The Death Penalty System is Broken," by former Death Row inmate RAY KRONE. Introduced by Pastor Dennis Reich. A Declaration of Life signing ceremony follows, accompanied by indigenous drum and song. Reception with refreshments afterward.

Activist panel discusses political, economic, and environmental implications of the attack on citizen right of initiative and referendum by interests promoting industrial-scale agriculture in South Dakota.
