I just got an email from the campaign, no idea why. In any event, who is he? Anybody working on the campaign? When's the election?
His position on abortion is fine, except he said abortion "shouldn't be used as birth control". Yikes. If anybody can get to whoever wrote that, for heaven's sake we shouldn't be using any of their horrible frames on abortion.

1. He's a Democrat who's running against |

Wiese in the Democratic gubernatorial primary. His last name is interesting, because he's a millionaire retired car dealership owner. However, don't let that fool you, he's quite liberal on many issues. I think the problem with his campaign is that he's never actually run for office before, and some of his aides might not be as skilled in the art of public relations for political campaigns as they should be.

I don't live in a district where I can vote on the Wal-Mart rezoning.

5. Jack isn't the car dealership owner |
|
That is his brother, I think.
Jack is a retired orthopedic surgeon from Sioux Falls. He has served in the state legislature in the past. He's a good guy, a good dem, and deserves your vote.
Wiese is an OK guy but too conservative for my taste on social issues.
