Paperless electronic voting is unconstitutional: A Shelby Co. lawsuit
Here is a link to a long thread I have started this evening in the 2004 ERD forum. It details a lawsuit that will be filed in Shelby County (and hopefully in other counties across the state) to prevent the proliferation of paperless DRE voting machines in Tennessee. Please visit the thread and comment. And if you are an attorney who might be interested in filing a similar lawsuit in your county, please PM me and I will get you in touch with the Memphis attorney filing this lawsuit. Thanks.

1. Good!
I'm glad this is happening. My polling place has paper and it's counted by machine. You at least have a paper trail and you vote with a sharpie pen. :)
