Loans for low cost housing? What utter BS. He ran a scam through his company advertising 0% loans for low income folks to replace windows or to make improvements to their homes and when his employees showed up the paperwork had rather large interest rates, not the advertised 0%. He kicked people out of low-cost housing downtown, then renovated the properties, raised the rents/purchase prices so that only the yuppie crowd could afford them...yet this makes him sound like a freakin' litle saint.
