Use troop surge to roll back tax cuts for rich

Just a thought... One of the great things that the Dems are talking about is tying funding to taxes. You can't enact a new program unless you show how you're going to pay for it, and you can't cut a tax unless you show what you're going to cut. This gives the Dems the moral high ground in confronting Bush over the war. If the Dems vote against funding for the troops, they'll just look bad. A better strategy might be to go ahead and vote the funding in, but tie the funding to a roll-back on some of Bush's tax cuts for the rich. Ahhh... Sweet justice!
