Clarksville Police do not suspect foul play in the death of 12-year-old Victorya Tunstall, though the department's Major Crimes Unit is investigating Saturday's drowning at Swan Lake Pool.

Victorya had been at the pool Saturday during a back to school party hosted by First Baptist Church, which had rented the facility.

Stanley said 150 people attended the event.
They were supervised by seven life guards, according to Parks and Recreation Spokesperson Tonya Steele. Additionally, the assistant pool manager who was on-site is licensed to train lifeguards, Steele said.
