Yes, the reporter can count. The steps up to the Solomon Bldg. begin beside the chair where the lady is sitting and people were on the stairs and down the sidewalk.

As a bonus, I got into it with one of Zach Wamp's staffers, lol! :patriot: :patriot: :patriot:

edit to add: Lamar Alexander's office is in the Solomon Bldg. and he was the original target. Giving copies of the Iraq and Recession Report to Wamp's Corker's offices were bonuses. :bounce:
