It is now legal for gun permit holders to take a gun into Tennessee restaurants where alcohol is served and bars, unless the business posts a sign stating “no guns allowed” inside.

The law has its critics, including the owner of a Johnson City bar where a unique protest was held Tuesday afternoon.
