Mark Warner out of VA Senate Race in 2006.... |

Presidential bid possible. The governor will be announcing this later today. He has said he does have future political aspirations.
I would support him as a presidential candidate for 2008!

No chance at President. His political career just ended today. Unless someone chooses him as VP.
A one-term governor will never win. NEVER.
If he had taken on Allen and won. He'd be laughing. He would have all the momentum for 2008.

I just wish he had knocked that George Allen down a few notches, somebody has to.

If Warner could've defeated him, that howdie-dooty looking racist would've went from possible 2008 GOP frontrunner to basically being finished politically. Plus, had Warner run the biggest knock against him would've been that he's only using this is a step stool to the Presidency, but Allen wouldn't have been able to use that attack unless he ruled out a Presidential bid for himself.
