Bolling's radio ads

I don't watch TV so I only hear about the attack ads when they're discussed in the newspapers or blogs. But I did have an unpleasant experience while preparing breakfast this morning when an ad for Bill Bolling (Lt. Gov. candidate) came on WINA, Charlottesville's main AM news/talk radio station. All the radio ads for local candidates so far have been civilized and positive, but this one was a loathesome, sneering piece of garbage. "Leslie Byrne: dishonest ... liberal!" with "liberal" pronounced the way an antisemite would pronounce "Jew".

I hadn't donated to Byrne yet, but that ad helped open my wallet.
