Does Kaine have an effective GOTV program?

Kilgore will be using the GOP's very effective 72-Hour Program. This program has been a complete nightmare for Democrats over the past 2 election cycles. Its very organized and highly effective. I hope Kaine has something similar waiting to be deployed. This race will come down to GOTV. Please VA residents, get out there and do your part!

including the Firefighter's union office downtown (my wife and I ran the Kerry call center there a year ago).

I went to a state committee meeting last spring and they drummed it into us that phone calls, especially GOTV, are the single most effective thing you can do for the candidate.
