Amy Goodman, host of "Democracy Now!" will be coming to town for the VA festival of the book (http://www.vabook.org). She will be speaking at McLeod Hall Auditorium (It's behind Jordan Hall at the UVA Hospital Complex) on Friday, March 24 at 7:00 pm. All VA festival of the book events are FREE and open to the public.

I HIGHLY reccomend this event. I got a chance to see her speak at the Green Festival last year in DC and it was amazing - I got to meet her and get a signed copy of her book too! Also, if you haven't read this book - please do it.
