Death penalty for Ricky Gray (Killer of Bryan Harvey and his family)

Bryan Harvey was a rock musician formerly of the band House of Freaks. On this past New Year's Day, he, his wife, and their two young daughters (ages 4 and 7) were found bound in the basement of their Richmond home, their throats slashed and their heads bashed in.

Justice is served: I'm not exactly going to shed any tears over Ricky Gray or his cohort.

Two death sentences handed down late Monday afternoon for Ricky Gray. Jurors deliberated Gray’s fate for close to 13 hours before handing down a death sentence. Jurors took their time weighing that decision before agreeing Gray should be executed by the state.

Gray will face the death penalty for his role in the Harvey family murders. In the end, it was the brutal murders of Stella and Ruby Harvey that sealed his fate.
