I imagine the RTD would endorse Mark Foley if he were running as a republican in Virginia. As your smilicons indicate, I had trouble reading the editorial it was so fawning in making Mr. Felix a sometime resident of Mount Olympus who had deigned to lower himself to live and move among the mortals and show us a "better way"

The RTD sucks, the Cville Daily Progress ran a disgusting, rabidly anti-gay ad two years ago -- AND REFUSED TO ID WHO PAID FOR IT (the ad ran anonymously). Cville has a very large gay community... including some editors on the DP who approved this garbage,
