Last minute shocker or not. From MSNBC, Gail Parker has decided to drop out of the senate race and endorse one of the candidates. Both the Allen campaign and the Webb campaign are in negotiations with Ms Parker. Not a sure thing Webb's going to get the endorsement.

So, please Jim Webb supporters, contact Gail Parker's campaign, and plead, yes plead with her to endorse the most worthy candidate, Jim Webb. Remind them of Jim Webb's service in Vietnam, his service as a public servant, his promise to fight for fiscal responsibility, his plan for real solutions for Virginia's transportation mess. Just be personal and very polite.

4. I called just now

told her Hilda Barg was the Democrat in Prince William County who got defeated last year by a right wing Republican. Hilda did more for light rail than anyone in local government here in Prince William County. I told her the right wing agenda of Fredericks, who defeated her, would not be a friend to light rail and that we need more Democrats like Jim Webb and Sharon Pandak (PWC - Chairman Candidate) who are sympathetic to her issues.
