Prince William Peacemakers: Come Join us to wage Peace

We are a group of various activists in Prince William County, VA. Every Saturday (unless there is a major DC protest) we plan to be at the corner of Minneville and Prince William Parkway between about 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm. We have signs, so you can just show up and carry one if you wish. From the East, go past that intersection with PW Pkwy on Minneville and make a left at the next light into the Senior Apartments complex, (from the west make the light before the Long and Fosters) then you can drive up to the Long and Fosters Real Estate Office Parking lot and just park on the edge of Minneville there. There is no good approach from PW Pkwy, so turn on Minneville. There is plenty of parking near the Long and Fosters. PLEASE BE CAREFUL crossing Prince William Parkway there at the light. Do not park on the other side of the road.

We also are trying to arrange a bus to go up to the January 27 event which is a march on the Mall in Washington, D.C. I don't know the logistics of this, I've never done it before so help and suggestions are welcome.

I'm not going to post this in unpaid forums as I don't want freepers to find us.

1. UPDATE on the bus

We have an old school bus owned by one of our members. We should be able to take about 46 people to Washington. There will be pickups in Manassas and Lake Ridge. PM me for details.
