Culpeper Becomes Center Stage In BBC Primary Coverage - 2/12 - Sleepy little Culpeper becomes the center of the media universe. For tonight, anyway. That's when BBC World News America anchor Matt Frei will do his international newscast from the Virginia hamlet. Frei will host "Potomac Primaries" coverage during BBC America's 7 PM newscast, and will anchor a 10 PM primary results special. He'll be joined by the BBC's Philippa Thomas and Time magazine's Michael Duffy, both from the British TV network's DC bureau.....
