This Wednesday, October 20th, I will be traveling to Virginia to campaign with James
Socas. James is running to replace Republican Congressman Frank Wolf in Virginia's
10th Congressional District.

We need a leader like James Socas representing Virginia in Congress, and I heartily
endorse his candidacy. James is running a fine campaign on the issues that matter to
voters in the 10th District -- like jobs, education, and health care. But defeating
a 12-term incumbent is a challenge, and we all need to come together to work hard on
James' behalf.

That's why I'm pleased to invite you to a fundraiser for James Socas this Wednesday
evening, October 20th. The event will be held at historic Salona House, 1214
Buchanan Street in McLean, VA, from 7-9 pm. Supporters are asked to contribute $75,
patrons $250, and benefactors $500. The proceeds from the event will be used to fuel
James' campaign in these last critical two weeks before Election Day.
