Elected officials who were paid off in an environmental lawsuit are going to trial |
|
King County Superior Court # 08-2-28689-4 SEA trial date set for March 14 2011
The Case involves a mayor and two councilmen Henry-Sladek and Darrell " Josh" Joselyn and former mayor Charlotte Mackner who were paid To Not Oppose BNSF Railways preferred cleanup plan. Additionally these elected officials were paid to lobby Washington State Dept of Ecology for a diminished groundwater quality. Two of these grew up and went to High School in Skykomish and Sold out the Town they grew up in. These elected officials were simultaneously negotiating for their own profit and the town’s future.
Corruption is not just in Afghanistan. It’s right here in King County Washington and at huge cost to Skykomish residents. Entire neighbor hoods were not cleaned, The town is left with a toxic legacy both as a PR image but as pollution left in the ground which will not be cleaned for generations to come. Businesses have left. Residents fled and The School is polluted , The Janitor has reported both fumes and oil seeping into the cafeteria thru the floor. With BNSF Railway Stooges, Finks, and Rats, and sitting the School board deciding if and how it is to me cleaned. Yes some were paid not to oppose BNSF Railway too.
It’s hard to tell how high the corruption go’s in state government at one time Skykomish town attorney was current AG Rob McKenna, Current Governor was head of ecology They both moved up the food chain.
WSDOE Knew almost all comments approving a diminished ground water were purchased By BNSF railway.
