Alternately, it'd probably be free to just go and stand somewhere visible to the filthy git, maybe with a sign or something.

2. Bellevue? Do you mean the psychiatric hospital?

I'm a transplant from NYC and whenever I hear Bellevue, I first think of Bellevue Hospital, which has a world-famous psych ward. Growing up, kids would taunt one another by saying, You belong in Bellevue! (Not very polite, I know).
Santorum and his supporters really do belong in Bellevue.
