Kasey and Monty Warner set to testify at election fraud trial
http://wvgazette.com/section/News/2005081017

Former U.S. Attorney Kasey Warner, who departed that office last week without explanation, has been summoned to testify along with brother Monty Warner, the GOP’s failed candidate for governor last year, in an upcoming election fraud trial.

A lawyer for defendant Clifford O’Dell “Groundhog’’ Vance subpoenaed both Warners in his case Aug. 3, court filings show.

Besides their testimony, the subpoenas ask each Warner for documents, videos, e-mail or other items “pertaining to dozens of reports of vote buying, names of person or persons, addresses and/or telephone numbers which identify anything and everything related to vote buying in Lincoln County.’’

1. question
So is it the Repugs, Dems, or both who have been doing the vote buying? I hear this but never a finger is pointed at a single party.
