It's being kicked-off at Bridge Day. Fitting.
On the other hand, all home teams for tonight's (10/14) football contests have been given a commemorative medallion for the coin toss, with the bridge motif from the quarter on one side and the governor's seal on the other.
I don't wish to be petty, but if this was done with state monies, we're just feeding the Freep-a-ziod agenda. Striking and minting those medallions had to have some cost involved.
Moreover, if we're commmorating the new WV quarter, why not just make sure each home time has a shiny new quarter to toss? Is it because of the monetary value of the quarter?
Sometimes it seems like our leaders go out of their way to do stupid things!
:wtf:
