Well, the Seminoles have prevailed against WVU despite the brilliant go-for-it-every-time-on-fourth-down strategy of the genius Coach Bob Stewart. Who can blame him for coming up short against this formidable 6-6 team? Well at least we can all obsess about how wonderful Bobby Bowden is. That's the only thing that really mattered today.
So how many guaranteed years are left on Stewart's contract that was bestowed upon him in hopes that we might retain his unique talent? At least 4 more I believe.

and I truly believe it was just that FSU was more up for the game than we were. Lord knows that hasn't happened before. :sarcasm:
Its not like we dramatically fell down in areas we were strong, they hurt us the most on the short passes and option plays - which is our traditional achilles heel. Also, losing Jarret Brown for the second half didn't help. I see very little blame on Stewie for this loss.
Oh well, we'll probably start nationally ranked at the beginning of the next season, and if we can get Gino some more practice time we might be halfway decent again. I'm a lifetime Mountaineer fan, I take the long view.
