Tried to find an online article but couldn't. It sounds like Robb is screwing the US while trying to look like he is in touch with the Democratic Party in WV.
If he is doing that, he needs to be dogcatcher of Welch instead of Mayor of C'ton.

If Bush gets 271+, no difference.
If Bush gets <269, no difference.
If Bush gets 270-268, loses Robb's vote, it's 269-268, and he wins.
If it's 269-269, and Robb makes it 269-268 for Kerry, the Supreme Court rules 5-4 that it goes to the House (no majority of electors) and Bush wins.
