“That second-guessing should not be done by the Supreme Court,” he said.
“It’s not called second-guessing; it’s called judicial review of constitutionality,” Abrahamson shot back.“Judge Koschnick simplifies these issues in a manner that is disappointing,” Abrahamson replied. She said the state Constitution calls for church-state separation, and the school involved had religion throughout its curriculum.
In answer to Koschnick’s criticism that she was in the court’s minority on the school voucher issue, she said,
“The fact that you are in the minority does not mean you are wrong.”
