Wow!
It looks like management may have been cooking this deal for a long time. It looks like another union busting scheme by management, except that there appears to be a union at the new plant in LA but there's no word on what the wages and work rules are down there...although they did say it's an "open shop" which means that you don't have to belong to a union to work there.
Obviously the repubs are using it to bash Doyle in general and his proposed budget initiatives specifically.
In any case...
it ain't a good deal...
