On Tuesday from 7-7:30am, State Senator Jon Erpenbach tells us why he thinks it's a bad idea for Wisconsin to join the lawsuit challenging the federal health care law. Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen was on the show last week to make the case for joining the lawsuit.

2. Now he made his Wausau Office official

Freshman Congressman Sean Duffy’s district office in Wausau opened this week, according to a release from his office.

The location, 208 Grand Ave. in Wausau, is open weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The phone number for the office is 715-298-9344.

Duffy also plans to open a second district office in the Superior area.
