This the website with recall information, including forms. The recall MUST be registered with a county clerk first before petitions can be collected. Please pass on this information. Thank you.

1. and signatures cannot be collected |

until 60 days prior to one year in office.
So now is the time for everyone to study the guides at that link and ORGANIZE!
Collect names/contact information for everyone you know who will be supportive in a recall effort, so once we're ready to move forward, the network will be in place.

2. Did you hear about the attempt to recall the Democratic Senators? |
|
While you all are doing this as citizens of Wisconsin, a group in Utah is mounting a recall campaign against the Democratic Senators to "save the country." This group was covered by NPR tonight. My husband heard the info on the way home from work tonight.

NPR just got its second email from me today. This time I told them to learn how to use Google before broadcasting their stories.

6. For recalling senators, |
|
the place to register would be with the GAB, where nomination papers are filed for state offices (Wis. statutes, ch. 9). Thanks for calling attention to the excellent materials that the GAB has on its website. The people who work there (state employees!) are helpful about explaining what's required.
