Remember that many schools, libraries and rural individuals have no other way to access the Internet. Researchers and educators and UW and your other universities depend on it to do their work. And Walker is very anti-intellectual and anti-education!
Wisconsin will have to keep a close eye on what he does in the future. He is a sneak. If I find any more, I will post.
