Are JP Cullen & Sons & Democratic Senator Tim Cullen connected?

Earlier this year Herr Walker spoke highly of Democratic Senator Tim Cullen saying he was one of the Senators he could would with. I thought it was a peculiar statement because at the time the Senator was in Illinois with the other 14. I now read that JP Cullen & Sons Construction Company of Janesville donated $3950 to Herr Walker’s campaign. Is there a connection between this company and the Senator?

Is there any connection with Democratic Representative David Cullen?
