Went to The House on the Rock today. |

I loved the actual house. I would love to live there if I could. I could come up for some *ahem* interesting uses for the Infinity Room. However, most of the collections there were kind of well, tourist trappy. The music machines were cool, the carousel was downright mesmerizing (although the doll carousel was creepy.), and the guy who built it seemed to be quite the character.

1. Never been, but relatives have. |

The way my mother-in-law gushed over it, I figured it wasn't my style - like you say, touristy.
But I am a fan of interesting architecture. Maybe I'll add it to my list of places to visit when election season is over in 2013.

2. Yeah you'd want to stick with tour 1, which is mainly the house itself. |

There;s a lot of influence of Wright there, Low celings, use of wood and stone.

a LOT of mind altering substance use, as the exhibits get creepier and creepier as you go through them.
