Graeme Zielinski, a spokesman for the state Democratic Party, said the party hasn't decided yet whether to seek a recall of Kleefisch. The party is waiting for state officials to weigh in on whether Kleefisch would automatically be recalled along with Walker or whether a separate effort will be required.
Zielinski said the party will seek to help recall Republican senators by working with signature-gathering groups other than United Wisconsin.
"We don't need their list to do these legislative recalls and we'll respect their wishes with their list," he said.
The Democratic Party is already training people to gather signatures and will serve as the "center point" for processing the data on who has signed recall petitions, Zielinski said.
