How credible is it that a progressive blogger in Wauwatosa wouldn't know DU? |
|
I ran into a guy collecting signature outside of Sendiks on North Ave. I asked if he was a member of DU. He acted puzzled, and I said Democratic Underground. He said, "I'm above ground." And went on to tell me how to get to his blog.
I'll admit to not trusting anyone in this recall effort. So that's on me. But how is it that a progressive blogger wouldn't have any awareness of DU?
Sorry, but I think Grassrootstosa.org isn't all that it presents itself to be. In the end that might be unfair, but I want signatures to count.

2. GrassRootsTosa.org is run by an officer in the Dem Party of MKE, I believe. |

I'm guessing the vast majority of the rest of the world doesn't know about DU.

there are a lot of people who do not realize that there actually is a Democratic Party in Wisconsin which you can belong to, that has meetings, runs candidates, collects signatures, and such. They never really think about it.
