a fake lake for the media demands a restroom nowhere near anything to do with the G8 is occurring and park improvements needed for the security of the fake lake and the isolated restroom. What's to question?
What a fucking farce but what else is new with this fucking farce of a government, minority no less.

After all, according to the article, John Baird says, "A limited number of projects (are) designed in the legacy to say, ‘Listen, the folks in this region are going to endure a heck of a lot of security, a heck of a lot of challenges during that G8 summit, and just as a thank you we're supporting some public infrastructure projects...'"
