I didn't know our airport security did the full pat-down here too?

I was talking to my niece tonight who told me she had the full treatment last fall at an airport in Ottawa ... every inch of her body groped (her words). Does anyone know when we started this?

1. I haven't experienced the full grope

But I did have the privilege of the naked scanner last time I flew. It was in the Kelowna airport, of all places. As if Ossama bin Laden has even heard of the place.

3. I usually fly 2 or 3 times per year

This October was the first time I had the naked scanner business done to me. So, I think the paranoia has been ramped up recently. Smaller airports seem to be worse - security has plenty of time on its hands (to put its hands on our bodies).
