Condom-piercing leads to sex assault conviction

A Nova Scotia man has been convicted of sexual assault for puncturing his girlfriend's condoms with a pin in an effort to get her pregnant and save their relationship.

Craig Jaret Hutchinson, 41, of Clyde River, was charged with aggravated sexual assault in 2006.

Hutchinson had been dating the woman for several months in 2006, and she had made it clear she did not want to get pregnant. The couple used condoms almost all the time.

In the summer of that year, the woman was thinking of ending the relationship.

Because in this case the physical danger was to the woman. If the woman pierced the condom to get herself pregnant, then it is self inflicted.

The financial and other damages to the man do not constitute assault.

Some rich scum played by john Stamos, decided his genes were superior, and should be spread as wide as possible. He had sex with over 20 women, but punched a hole in the condom each time, so the woman got pregnant. He ended up fathering over 20 children before one of the women shot him dead.

At the start of the episode he was engaged to one upper class women that he got pregnant, while simultaneously impregnating the nanny of a THIRD woman he had impregnated. He was an equal opportunity rapist. But you're right about choice. It wouldn't have looked as cool when they had 20 women with their kids all standing in the squad room.
