1. The reaction to Cables speech in some quarters has been laughable.

Is it possible that the likes of Lord Digby Jones think *everything* will scare away new businesses? e.g. rainbows, hairdryers, unexpectedly large pets etc.

Dunno why the banker in the article is being given so much airtime, or why he's funding the Lib Dems in the first place if he's so concerned about the EU. The Lib Dems have never been anything less then Europhile.
