Well, it's a start, but I warn you, you need a strong stomach to listen to the sanctimonious bullshit Cameron comes out with about "our NHS". "It's a question of doing it the right way, not the old way." translates as "We really want to flog it off to our friends, but we've been caught out this time. However, we will continue to try and undermine the whole edifice in small ways and hope we get a chance to sell it wholesale sometime in the future".
