When you vote abroad......where does your vote go in the Electoral College? Does it go to the state of your last US residence? What about Americans that have always lived overseas?

As for Americans who have always lived overseas, I'm assuming you mean people who have American citizenship by virtue of parentage but weren't born in the States. In the case of my half-American sons, I was told that when they're old enough to vote, their ballots will go to the same precinct mine do back in Georgia. I have no idea what happens to kids born abroad who have two American parents though - if the parents are registered in different places, I wonder which place the children's absentee ballots will go?
You've got me curious now.
