Howard's tactics of sidelining the I.R. debate with his terrorism
smoke and mirrors show are having some success.

Big national day of protest against the I.R. laws next Monday, 15th.
I've been reading a simplifed version put out by Actors' Equity,
and these laws aren't just bad - they're evil. They are quite
literally undoing award conditions that have been fought for over
a hundred years.

So if you're a unionist, or family or friend of a unionist, please
encourage them to get out there in whatever state on Monday. If
they're not sure of rally details, they're available on the ACTU
website.
