SBS: Power of Nightmares

Just saw the first part of the BBC documentary "The Power of Nightmares" on the Cutting Edge (SBS). Parts 2 and 3 follow on tomorrow and Thurs. So far it is very interesting on the almost symbiotic rise of Neo-conservatism and Islamic fundamentalism from the 1950's to the Regan era.

I would say it's a must watch - though I highly suspect that SBS will cop a severe beating from Johnny and Co for daring to show it.

1. It's an excellent program, in the best traditions of The Cutting Edge.

I missed the first one - Tuesday is sacred to The West Wing - but I watched last night and will
watch again tonight.
