2. I think Sarkozy will take longer to develop "political baggage"
so he's safe for a while.
How long has Mr Harper been in power? Any cracks showing?

3. almost a year... he's headed for a majority gov't
We have a weak, weak, weak opposition leader, although mini scandals are starting to emerge for Harper.
