Anyone read 'Sophies World'

1. Years ago I got through about 1/4 of it.

I plan to revisit it after the election. I liked the concept of the book but I haven't found the time to devote to it. I'm interested in all the great philosophers and think that it's a great place to start.

3. I Wish I Had Read it in High School

I had to wait until my daughter had to read it for 9th grade.

It's the best introduction to philosophy and intellectual history I've ever read. Which is something missing in public education.
