Books about fictional rock bands, such as Peter Robinson's PIECE OF MY HEART

(About a fictional bank the Mad Hatters, who are like a cross between the Stones (one died of drowning, IIRC) and Pink Floyd (one who was certifiable).

Anybody know of any other fiction about rock bands/artists?

It's an hilarious read.
