3. A fascinating read .........

"No Laughing Matter," by Joseph Heller and Speed Vogel.

It's about Heller's being struck down by Guillain-Barre syndrome, and how he dealt with it. He finally recovered, but the writings of these two old pals is just wonderful, very moving, and very funny.

4. "Shadowstorm". Which is the the second book of the Twilight War series by Paul S. Kemp.

Featuring Kemp's excellent character Everis Cale, a one time Night Mask assassin turned shade priest of Mask and his companion Drasek Riven who is the second chosen of Mask and former Zent assassin. High level adventure in the Forgotten Realms.

5. Just finished NATURE GIRL by Carl Hiaasen

very good, very funny, recommended...

6. Am almost done with FAMILY HONOR by Robt B. Parker

Parker's books are so easy to read that the pages just fly by. Hardly evr if ever come across a word I don't know.

I love her Mrs. Murphy series. (Mrs. Murphy is a gray cat.)
