Has anyone read this new book by Audrey Niffenegger? I think I may have "missed" something and need to discuss.

"The Time Traveler's Wife," which is unusual for me. I'm thrilled when I read an author who is consistently good. So many authors seem to do well at the beginning but as they write more, I find myself disappointed in them.

I thought maybe the back to the graveyard. He would then re-connect with Valentina. Just a guess. I think the book started out well, but I just couldn't get into the last few chapters.

That is one reason I thought I missed something. He had big conversation with the lady who ran the graveyard and I was expecting something "big." I'm not sure Valentina was still around.

I envisioned Valentina still hanging out at the graveyard with the "others'. She seemed to find a home there. Maybe the last few chapters were better than I thought,if we are debating the ending :)

the graveyard. I felt she needed to get away from her twin, whose name has escaped my memory, and flying away was her way out.

She was flying away and the book did imply that she felt free and happy. I think the twin was Julia or Julie
