I just finished my first reading of "Until I Find You". I picked the book up in a consignment shop and was shocked to find a hopefulness in the ending.Have I missed some of his recent writings and if you read it what do you feel about it? I read most of his early stuff and then choked during "A Son of the Circus" and "A Widow for One Year". Have I missed a lot and will anyone comment on what I missed or his novels in general? Personally I thought "A Prayer for Owen Meany" may have been his best, But this happier ending has me confused...

Any time I picked one up, I just told myself that it was going to be quirky and just to expect that. His characters and plot lines always seem to defy rational logic, so I just go with the flow.

My favorite of his is "Garp," followed closely by "Owen Meany" and "Widow For One Year." Great writer.....
